This is an integrative massage therapy treatment. I create a treatment plan by listening to you about your condition, and partnering with you to find solutions for your pain and discomfort.
I am trained in manual therapy and embodiment practices. I use specific, therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques known to reduce pain and stress. I use mindfulness techniques to help you explore your relationship to pain and stress. And I never apply any technique without your permission.
My massage office is currently located in Tucson, Arizona, within the Center 4 Self-Care. Center 4 Self-Care is located at 3501 E Kleindale Rd (on the North side of Kleindale Rd, just west of N Dodge Blvd).

"Mindfulness helps me explore my own human experience directly and profoundly. I enjoy sharing my practice with others who are on the lookout for skillful ways to meet the increasing complexities of life. As a result of this practice, I have experienced increased clarity, reduced anxiety, and a greater capacity for kindness. May you find meaningful experiences like these and more." ~ Deanna Sylvester
The many joys and sorrows and pressures of modern times are showing up in our treatment rooms with increasing frequency and complexity. It is the unique challenge of touch practitioners to hold space for our clients to work through these complexities, while maintaining the necessary care of our own physical and mental pressures. If we are not deliberately cultivating resilience in ourselves, we risk the effectiveness of that healing environment and our career longevity.
PARTICIPANTS IN THIS WORKSHOP ENCOUNTER AND EXPERIENCE STRATEGIES THAT REDUCE STRESS, ENHANCE COMMUNICATION, AND IMPROVE CLIENT SATISFACTION.
