Mindfulness Consultation

As you practice mindfulness, questions may come up that you would like to discuss with Deanna. For example, you may have a question about a particular talk, or you need additional instruction on how to work with a certain practice, or you have a question about an experience you had while you were practicing, or you want to know how to work with certain difficulties, things like that.

Individual consultations are practice meetings, not therapy. Certain psychological issues can come up during a practice meeting, but we aren't exploring the details of a situation or solving any problems. We don't focus on the why, we consider what arises in the mind and how to best work with it.

It's helpful if you have already taken Deanna's Introduction to Mindfulness series and you are trying to establish a regular mindfulness practice. But it's not required.
