An Introduction to Mindfulness

Everyday life is complex and can be overwhelming at times. Join Deanna in this 4-part introduction to mindfulness meditation. Learn practical tools for building resilience and generating self-compassion that support you as you navigate everyday life.

4-part Class Series

  • Session 1, Foundations: Introduction to mindfulness as a strategy for navigating life.
  • Session 2, Embodiment: Mindful relationship to the breath and the body.
  • Session 3, Being Fully Human: Working with thoughts and emotions.
  • Session 4, The Wise Heart: Cultivating self-compassion.

Each class is 90 minutes of instruction, practice, and discussion, with additional guidance for at-home practice.
